DIY Festool Sysport

I constructed these Sysports entirely from 3/4" Maple veneer plywood from Home Depot (made in Canada).  Had I used 1/2" for the drawers I would have been able to use the Festool LR-32SYS Shelf Jig to layout the drawers but the 3/4" was too thick.  Instead I started from the bottom and installed the first shelf.  I then placed the Systainer on it and a 1/4" spacer made from some hardboard.  Then I laid the next shelf on top and marked for the slides.  I continued this until the Systainer was full.  I used 14" full extension slides from D. Lawless Hardware which just increased in price to $7.07 a pair.  If you need a lot of them Gliderite will be cheaper though I've never ordered from them.  The finish is simply some Target Coatings Ultimate Spray lacquer tinted with a little Honey Brown Transtint to give it the oiled look.
